The purpose of the Arkansas Chuckwagon Racing Association (ACWRA), is to promote the sport of chuckwagon racing throughout our state, as well as our surrounding areas. It also serves as a platform to promote sportsmanship along with equine safety among it's members as well as among the spectators who follow the ACWRA racing circuit.

The ACWRA was formed in October 1991. The first general membership metting was held in January 1992 with only 17 members. It has since grown into one of the largest equine based associations within the mid-south area.
​
The ACWRA ended it's 2019 race season 253 members strong. Our goal is to make this 2020 race season bigger and better than ever before!
